The Yandex Delivery service has become a partner of the Government for Citizens State Corporation for express delivery of ready-made documents from the PSC to the door of customers. It is not necessary to go to the PSC for a ready-made document, you can order delivery.
Now the processes of servicing the population have become even more comfortable, there is no need to come back for ready-made documents. Earlier, the State Corporation has already launched a document delivery service within one working day. Together with Yandex Delivery, an alternative delivery method was implemented, faster and more convenient.
"It often happens that we need a document urgently, and at such moments it is convenient to use Yandex Delivery. People do not always have the opportunity to take time off from work, additionally come or leave their children at home. The document delivery service significantly saves time and money," said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.
For example, if the distance to the PSC is 3 kilometers, then Yandex will bring the document approximately for 1 500 - 2 000 tenge. The delivery time is from 15 minutes to 2 hours. The delivery time depends on the departure address, the cost may vary depending on the location, congestion and congestion on the roads. Yandex Delivery is already available in 17 cities of Kazakhstan, in the near future residents of several more cities will be able to use the service.
The delivery clearance process is available to everyone. The client receives an SMS from the service "1414" with an offer to arrange the delivery of ready-made documents through the portal express.gov4c.kz . When making an application for delivery, the client must fill out personal data, specify the delivery address and phone number. Then you need to make a payment for the delivery of documents. You can track the courier in real time and keep in touch with him through the Yandex GO mobile app. If the user does not have the application installed, then you can follow it in the map widget, the link to which will come in an SMS.
For your information, the delivery of ready-made documents is available for 150 public services, including documents on state registration of rights (encumbrances) on real estate, acts on land plots, apostilled documents on education, archival certificates, duplicates of military tickets and others. At the same time, such documents as an identity card, passport and driver's license do not fall under the delivery service.
