Last week, specialists of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Aksai city of the Burlinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region" registered a case of illegal grazing of farm animals.
Currently, the owner has been identified, an interview has been conducted with him and an administrative protocol has been drawn up to hold the owner accountable.
Meanwhile, we remind you that violation of the rules for grazing farm animals in accordance with article 408 of the Code of Administrative Offences entails a warning or a fine in the amount of three monthly calculation indices. The same actions that caused damage to the health or property of individuals entail a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices.
In turn, we urge residents to take more responsibility for the maintenance of animals and not leave livestock unattended.
