According to the order approved by the head of the district akim's office No. 35 dated December 4, 2019, internal control was carried out, as of the THIRD quarter of 2 years. In particular: Department of agriculture and administration of akim of Aksay.
There were no complaints from recipients and service providers about local Executive bodies.
In accordance with the decree of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the register of public services" dated September 18, 2013 No. 983 (14) of the akim's offices of the city and rural districts of the Burlinsky district and (10) independent departments provide public services.
According to the results of the THIRD quarter of 2020, 8070 public services were provided to individuals and 118 legal entities, including:
- the number of public services rendered directly in paper form by local Executive bodies – 174-to individuals and 16-to legal entities;
- the number of public services rendered in paper form, even if it is possible to provide services through the e-government web portal or through the PSC – 3109-to individuals and 63-to legal entities;
- the number of public services rendered electronically through the service provider's information system-4787 -to individuals and 39-to legal entities.
- the number of public services rendered in violation of deadlines – 0.
In total, in the THIRD quarter of 2020, 1193 services were provided in the self-service corners of the Burlinsky district.
The facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of public services were not revealed.
As necessary, round-table meetings on improving the quality of public services are held with the participation of service recipients, representatives of interested state bodies, civil society organizations and the media.
