Akimat of Chingirlau district, in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture No. 518 dated December 20, 2018, holds a competition to grant the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production, which will be held on November 15, 2022 at 10.00 o'clock, in the building of the district branch of the public association Amanat Party at the address: RK, WKO, Chingirlau district, Shyngyrlau village, L.Kylyshev street 95a, assembly hall.

Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition are carried out after thirty calendar days from the date of publication, the beginning of acceptance of applications from 9.00 to 17.00 hours from October 25 to November 14, 2022. Applications are accepted on the basis of the "Rules for organizing and conducting a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production" approved by the order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2018 No. 518. The application for participation in the tender must contain information, specified in paragraph 9 of article 43-1 of the Land Code
The participant, who is an individual or a legal entity, submits the following documents to participate in the competition:
for a non-governmental legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan: the name of the legal entity, its
location, information about state registration (re–registration) as a legal entity, information about the managers and participants or shareholders of the applicant - legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (of the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
for an individual: surname, first name and patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) of the applicant, place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number, information about the identity document of the applicant;
2) the location of the land plot claimed by the applicant;
3) application for participation in the competition;
4) competitive offer;
5) Obligations to conclude a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of land
a plot of agricultural land for farming or farming or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the need to sign the specified contract in case the applicant is recognized as the winner of the tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.
The tender offer must contain:
1) business plan (projected volume of investments, areas of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations for the preparation and development of the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically sound agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
The tender offer is submitted by the participant of the competition in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink, in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the signature of the participant – for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the first head (or a proxy) and a seal (if any) – for legal entities.
In the closed envelope of the tender offer, the inscription "Competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production" and "Do not open until: "___" _______ year" (the exact date is indicated).
