- Dastan Tlekalievich Akmambetov, born in 1974, head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of the Burlinsky district, living in the city of Aksay.
- Arsen Tolkynovich Bayandykov, born in 1982, Deputy Director of "Azat Capital" LLP, who lives in the city of Uralsk.
- Kamidollauly Nurdaulet, born in 1994, chief specialist of the Department of state and Legal work of the office of the Akim of the Burlinsky district, living in the city of Aksay.
