More than 30 thousand benefits related to the birth of a child are issued during the quarantine period

Since the termination of the work of the public service center in connection with quarantine, more than 10 thousand expectant mothers have received social benefits in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth; in the West Kazakhstan region, more than 185 expectant mothers have received social benefits, and 20 thousand families have issued an online method benefits for the birth of a child and care for him, which amounts to one online registration for WKO.

The State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, in order to provide the population with services that were previously accepted only through PSCs, including the design of the so-called “antenatal”, accepts them through the special service “Electronic Calls” on egov.kz.

Expectant mothers need to log in to the egov.kz portal, then go to the “Electronic appeals” section and attach scanned copies of the identity card, sick leave and bank account number.

For families with a child, an online service for registering benefits for childbirth and caring for him is available in the "Child" section of the "Family" section of egov.kz.

It is worth noting that in order to receive services on the egov.kz electronic government portal, you must have an electronic digital signature, which can now also be obtained online without having to go to a public service center.

Also, for citizens registered in the Mobile Citizens Base, a proactive service is provided that allows you to register the birth of a child, draw up benefits and put the child on the queue in kindergarten using sms.
