Today, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Musin Bagdat gave a positive assessment of the work of the Branch of the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens " in the West Kazakhstan region. During his visit to the West Kazakhstan Region, the Minister visited the Specialized Department and the Public Service Department No. 2 in Uralsk. Following the visit to the Branch, Minister Musin B. said: "It is necessary to integrate information about training in driving schools into the database to cancel the scanning of documents by specialists. This will make it possible not only to save the time of the service recipient, but also to facilitate the work of the specialists of the Special Service Center." And he suggested to consider the possibility of reducing the service time for booking.

He also instructed to expand self-service corners in the city, organize them in shopping centers and educational institutions. Actively work in popularizing the Egov mobile app, increase payment processing via QR code and vehicle registration through the Kaspi app.
