Attachment to the clinic at the place of residence🔑

From September 15 to November 15, everyone is given the opportunity to attach at their choice to the polyclinics. This can be done in several ways, and today we will tell you about them:

✅Via the Egov.kz portal:
📌Log in to the portal and through the search bar find the service "Attachment to a medical organization providing primary health care";
📌Request the service online and indicate your place of residence;
📌Choose a clinic and a doctor at whom you will be further examined;
📌Specify the address and contact details.
📝 The result of the service can be found in the personal account of the portal.

✅Via Telegram bot:
📌Go to the telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0;
📌In the services menu, select the section "Healthcare" and "Attachment to a medical organization through a messenger";
📌 Indicate to whom you will take the service (for yourself / for the child);
📌Confirm your address information and select a clinic;
📌Next, the bot will ask you to indicate the reason for the attachment and the details of the doctor;
📝 After entering all the data, the telegram bot will immediately show the number of your application and the status of the service provided.

✅Via the clinic:
📌Go to the reception of the polyclinic with an identity card and documents concerning your health. Write an application for attachment to the clinic.
The term for the provision of the service is 1 business day.

☝️IMPORTANT: before ordering the service, you should know the full name of the clinic and the name of the attending physician. When registering, you automatically detach from the previous clinic.
