In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2005
"On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016" on employment", the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2016 No. 498" on approval Of the rules for quotas of jobs for disabled people " (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 14010), the akimat of Akzhaik district DECIDES:
Establish a quota of jobs for the employment of disabled people in the amount of two to four percent of the number of jobs, excluding jobs in heavy work, with harmful, dangerous working conditions with a list of employees in the Akzhaik district:
1) from fifty to one hundred people-in the amount of two percent of the list of employees;
2) from one hundred and one to two hundred and fifty people-in the amount of three percent of the list number of employees;
3) more than two hundred and fifty-one people-in the amount of four percent of the list number of employees.
Recognize as invalid the resolution of the akimat of the Akzhaik district of April 29, 2020 No. 91 "on establishing a quota of jobs for disabled people in the Akzhaik district "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 6212, published on April 30, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
The head of the district akim's office (R. Rakhmetullin) should ensure state registration of this resolution in the judicial authorities.
Control over execution of the present decision to assign to the Deputy akim of the district Ametova E.
This resolution will come into force on January 1, 2021.
