In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 April 2005 "On social protection of invalids in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 6 April 2016 "On employment of population", order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 13, 2016 No. 498 "On approval of Rules of job quotas for persons with disabilities" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14010), akimat of Akzhaik
district DECIDES:
Establish a quota of jobs for disabled people in the amount of two to four percent of the number of jobs, excluding jobs in heavy work, work with harmful, dangerous working conditions in the Akzhaik district for 2021:
from fifty to one hundred people-in the amount of two percent of the list of employees;
from one hundred and one to two hundred and fifty people-in the amount of three percent of the list number of employees;
more than two hundred and fifty-one people - in the amount of four percent of the list number of employees in the context of the organization according to the Appendix.
To recognize as invalid the resolution of the akimat of Akzhaik district No. 91 dated April 29, 2020 "on establishing a quota of jobs for disabled people in Akzhaik district "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 6212, published on April 30, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
To ensure the state registration of this resolution in the judicial authorities, its official publication in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the head of the akim's office of the Akzhaik district (R. Rakhmetullin).
Control over execution of the present decision to assign to the Deputy akim of the district Ametova E.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
