Attachment to a polyclinic at the place of residence 🔑
In the country, from September 15 to November 15, a campaign for attaching to a polyclinic was launched. Have you already made an appointment at your clinic? Check out its simple and online implementation method.
✅ Egov.kz via the portal:
eg Egov.kz go to the portal;
📌 In the search bar, enter the name of the service " attachment to a medical organization that provides primary health care» ;
📌 Request the service online;
📌 In the first step, you enter information about who you are registering (your child/yourself) and your place of residence;
📌 Choose the name of the medical organization and the name of your doctor;
📌 Enter your address and contact number;
📌 Check that the data you entered is correct in the next step and check the service status;
📌 You can find out the result in the service history in your merchant profile.
✅ Via Telegram bot:
📌 Log in to the EgovKzBot2.0 bot in Telegram;
📌 Open the list of services from typing;
📌 Click on the health button;
📌 Click on the paid registration button in the medical organization;
📌 Specify who you are receiving the service to;
📌 Confirm your address information;
📌 Specify your region of residence;
📌 Choose a clinic;
📌 Specify the reason for registration and the doctor's full name;
📌 The bot will immediately show your application number and information that you are registered.
✅ Via the polyclinic:
📌 Submit a request by presenting your ID card and other documents related to your health to the polyclinic's registry.
📍 Service delivery period-1 business day
📍 The result of:
⚠ This is an electronic card attached to the clinic is certified by a digital signature of the medical institution.
☝ ️ Please note that before you receive the service, you must know in advance the correct name of the clinic and the name of the doctor you want to register with.
📍 When you are attached to the clinic, you are automatically removed from the previous registration.
