In January - September 2020, the district akim's office received 388 requests (in 2019 – 422). Compared to 2019, the number of requests decreased by 34. Of these, 136 appeals from individuals, 54 appeals from legal entities, 198 citizens at a personal reception (152-by the district akim, 35-by Deputy citizens and 11-by the chief of staff). During the personal reception, all citizens were given explanations.
Of the written requests, 45 were for housing issues, 7 were for employment, 38 were for land issues, 2 were for targeted social assistance, and 44 were for other issues.
54 requests from legal entities were answered (2 requests were granted, 1 request was suspended without consideration, 24 requests were given written explanations, and 27 requests were sent to the appropriate Department).
The number of requests in the collective form is 13 (on the Internet, election of the village akim, Kadyrkul school, residential building, street names, transformer installation, passenger transportation and land issues). All were given timely responses in accordance with the requirements of the law.
