In accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the district election commission DECIDES:
1. To appoint elections of akims of Akzhol, Kabyrshaktinsky, Mergen rural districts of Akzhaiyk region for October 30, 2020. 2. Nomination of candidates for akims of the rural district - start from October 1, 2020 and end on October 5, and the registration of candidates should begin on October 5 and end on October 15. 3. To hold elections on October 30, 2020 at the address of the district election commission.
4. To approve the attached Schedule of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of elections of akims of Akzhol, Kabyrshaktinsky, Mergen rural districts. 5. One copy of this resolution should be sent to the akim of Akzhayik region, one copy - to the secretary of Akzhayik regional maslikhat. 6. Publish this decision in local media.
