In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
of June 20, 2003, By the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23
2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", akimat of Akzhaik District DECIDES and Akzhaik district maslikhat DECIDES:
Establish the border (line) of the village of Almaly in the Almaly rural district of the Akzhaik district with an area of 16577.08 hectares and a perimeter of 79147.16 meters in accordance with Annex 1 to this joint resolution and decision.
To set the border (line) of the village Anabolic Anaboliczstore rural district of the Akzhaik area of 929,93 hectares, perimeter 13491,79 meters in accordance with Annex 2 to this joint order and decision.
Establish the border (line) of the village of Budarino in the Budarinsky rural district of the Akzhaiksky district with an area of 8302.39 hectares and a perimeter of 72281.34 meters in accordance with Annex 3 to this joint resolution and decision.
To set the border (line) of the village Vyshensk of the Akzhol rural district of the Akzhaik area of 169,91 hectares, perimeter 5055,69 meters in accordance with Annex 4 to this joint order and decision.
Establish the border (line) of the village of Tnali in Akzhol Rural district of Akzhaik district with an area of 28.95 hectares and a perimeter of 2159.06 meters in accordance with Annex 5 to this joint resolution and decision.
The head of the district akim's office (R. Rakhmetullin) should ensure state registration of this joint resolution and decision in the judicial authorities.
Control over the implementation of this joint resolution and decision is entrusted to the Deputy akim of the district (A. Abugaliev) and the Secretary of the Akzhaik District maslikhat (S. Sirazhev).
This joint resolution and decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
