The Akzhaik District Territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on May 28, 2021, by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 172, amendments and additions were made to the rules for the protection of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from quarantine objects and alien species and the standard for the provision of public services in the field of plant quarantine and entered into force on August 7, 2021. The updated version of the above documents is published in the CAS "Adilet".
In accordance with the amendments, the deadline for the provision of public services has been changed.
The term of rendering the state service "Issuance of a quarantine certificate for the movement of quarantined products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" from the moment of submitting an application through the portal – within 1 (one) working day. Acceptance of applications and the result of the provision of the state service of "electronic government" www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz via the web portal. Certificates can also be obtained on these platforms.
And if you export your products outside the country, then you apply for the state service "Issuance of a phytosanitary certificate for the export of quarantined products outside the Republic of Kazakhstan". You can get this certificate within 3 working days from the date of submission of the application.
Also attached to the application is the conclusion of the quarantine phytosanitary examination of the condition of quarantined products, issued no more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the date of submission of the application, confirming the compliance of these services with quarantine phytosanitary requirements approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2020 No. 131, with the attachment of the quarantine certificate for the transportation of quarantined products in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or within 5 (five) working hours from the moment of registration of the application for the issuance of a phytosanitary certificate for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the office of the territorial subdivision (service provider).
At the same time, with the attachment of the conclusion of the quarantine phytosanitary examination of the condition of quarantined products issued no more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the date of submission of the application confirming the compliance of the declared batch of quarantined products with the quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the destination country, it is allowed to use perishable quarantined products (fruits, berries, vegetables, melon crops) is considered and serviced within 3 (three) working hours from the moment of registration of the application for a quarantine certificate for transportation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a phytosanitary certificate for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the office of the territorial subdivision (service provider). All public services are provided free of charge.
