As part of the work carried out to build a rational organizational structure of regional divisions, taking into account the current level of automation of business processes, JSC "UAPF" reorganized the regional network.
The Regional branch in the city of Zhezkazgan was closed, with the subsequent creation of a Service Center (hereinafter – the TSO) in the city of Zhezkazgan and its inclusion in the structure of the Karaganda regional branch.
Previously belonging to Zhezkazgan, the service centers in the cities of Satpayev and Karazhal are also subordinated to the Karaganda regional branch.
We remind you that at the moment the UAPF has 183 service points. In total, in the first half of the year, depositors (recipients) of the Fund received more than 1 million services, or rather 1,284,489 services, which is 556.4 thousand services (or 76.4%) more than last year.
At the same time, we remind you that most of the services from the ENPF, for example, obtaining an extract from an individual pension account, changing details, etc., can be obtained without leaving home, online through the ENPF mobile application and a Personal Account on the corporate website enpf.kz.
In addition, thanks to the joint project of JSC "UAPF" and JSC "Kazpost" to provide services in remote settlements in the offices of the national postal operator, depositors (recipients) of the Fund in the divisions of "Kazpost" can perform the following types of operations:
submit an application for changing (supplementing) additional details of the depositor (recipient) (details of the identity card, phone number, email and postal addresses);
sign an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (including for obtaining access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
