In order to develop transfer and agency services in remote settlements of the country where there is no presence of the UAPF, as well as to ensure the availability of pension services, the Fund, together with Kazpost JSC, carried out work on additional connection of 32 divisions of Kazpost JSC to the services of the UAPF.
Thus, to date, UAPF services can be obtained in 347 divisions of Kazpost JSC.
Thanks to the joint project of JSC "UAPF" and JSC "Kazpost", depositors (recipients) of the Fund can perform the following types of operations in the divisions of the national postal operator:
submit an application for changing (supplementing) additional details of the depositor (recipient) (details of the identity card, phone number, email and postal addresses);
sign an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (including for obtaining access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
In the first half of 2021, 35% more services were provided to depositors (recipients) of the Fund in the divisions of Kazpost JSC than for the entire period of last year.
