How to get a driver's license in a car dealership
If you are getting a driver's license for the first time, then in the special center of the city of Uralsk you will have three attempts to successfully pass the exam. This applies to those customers who have not passed special training – the number of attempts of graduates of driving schools is not limited.
"Not only Ural residents, but also residents of nearby districts and cities apply to us for obtaining a driver's license. If we take into account that car buyers come to the special center together with sellers, we see a constant flow of people in the department. On average, we provide 400-500 services a day, about a thousand people are consulted, " said Nadir Kurumbayev, director of the Government for Citizens branch in the West Kazakhstan region.
We should add that the system of passing the theoretical and practical exam is fully automated. On the exam on the knowledge of traffic rules, you need to answer only 40 questions, for successful completion you need to score 32 points. The practical exam takes place at the racetrack in a special car, on which sensors are installed that record movement.
To obtain a driver's license, you must provide the following documents:
- An identity document;
- A medical certificate in the form-073 and its copy;
- A receipt for payment of the state fee;
- Certificate of completion of the course and its copy (except for cases of self-preparation).
It should be noted that since the beginning of 2021, public services have been provided in the Specialized PSC in Uralsk. About 50,000 people were received. Of these, 10,000 applied for a driver's license for the first time. 1400 clients eventually passed the exams and received their rights.
