The objectives of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" are to accelerate the pace of development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improve the quality of life of the population through the use of digital technologies in the medium term, as well as to create conditions for the transition of the economy of Kazakhstan to a fundamentally new development trajectory. .

Within the framework of the State Program "Digital Kazakhstan", training seminars on digital literacy skills will be held in Semey from August 19 to 22, 2019. The place and time of the training seminars are posted on the official website of the akim of Semey.
The training will be conducted according to 5 study programs:
1. Open Government Portal;
2. "Electronic government and electronic services";
3. "Electronic commerce";
4. "Basic digital skills";
5. "Information security skills".
