Today, on July 3, the official presentation of the opening of the new flight was held.

The opening of the first air service between Kazakhstan and Japan in the history of Kazakhstan is the fulfillment of the order of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the result of operational joint work of state bodies and the airline.

"Since the beginning of 2019, new international flights have been opened "Nur-Sultan – Ulan Bator", "Nur-Sultan-Prague", "Almaty-Baku", from Zhukovsky to Karaganda. According to research by scientists, only from the transit stay of foreign passengers, additional revenues to the economy of Kazakhstan can amount to about 40 million dollars. From July 6, Tokyo will receive tourists from Kazakhstan every Saturday. In the future, SCAT plans to increase the frequency of flights to the capital of Japan to several times a week.
