THE CIVIL AVIATION COMMITTEE CONTINUES ITS WORK ON CONVERTING PUBLIC SERVICES TO ELECTRONIC FORMAT

In 2018, at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for the selection of public services to be provided through the state Corporation "Government for citizens", public services of the civil aviation Committee were considered.

The civil aviation Committee has developed Roadmaps to optimize public services.

The Roadmaps provided for the transfer of public services to a full electronic format, as well as to eliminate the corruption component, some public services will be provided through branches of the NAO "State Corporation" Government for citizens", reducing the delivery time and the list of necessary documents for obtaining public services.

Changes and additions to regulatory legal acts have been made to the following public services, which are put into effect after twenty-one calendar days after the day of its first official publication:

1. "Issuance of a certificate for the organization of inspection by the airport aviation security service" was approved by the Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 946 dated December 28, 2018 (Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 28, 2018 No. 18089);

2. "Issuance of a crew member's certificate" was approved by Order No. 946 of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2018 (Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 28, 2018, No. 18089);

3. "Issuance of a certificate for the right to perform flights (General aviation operator)" was approved by order No. 951 Of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2018 (Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 29, 2018, No. 18109);

4. "Issue of the operator certificate" was approved by the Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 951 dated December 28, 2018 (Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 29, 2018 No. 18109);

5. "Issuance of a certificate for performing aviation works" was approved by Order No. 951 of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2018 (Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 29, 2018, No. 18109);

6. "Issuance of air navigation service provider certificate" was approved by the Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2018 No. 900 (Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 25, 2018 No. 18019);

7. "Issuance of permission to perform international irregular flights" was approved by Order No. 685 of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 2, 2018 (Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 23, 2018);

8. "Issuance of certificates to aviation personnel" was approved by Order No. 891 of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2018 (Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 25, 2018, No. 18021);

9. "Issuance of the certificate of the aviation training center of civil aviation" was approved by the Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2018 No. 891 (Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 25, 2018 No. 18021);

10. "Issuance of the certificate of validity of the airfield (heliport)" was approved by the Order of the Minister for investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 19, 2018 No. 886 (Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 24, 2018 No. 18007).
