1.Expert of the Department of air transport, category C-5 ,( 1 unit) (temporarily for the period of leave to care for the child of the main employee until 06.06.2021).
Responsibilities: Government regulation of air transport, the control and supervision of the implementation of international transportation and compliance with local and foreign carriers normative legal acts, regulating the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo, monitoring and supervision of compliance by air carriers of Kazakhstan requirements for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo implementation of air service, competitions, international scheduled air routes and air routes, subsidized RK. Other responsibilities included in the Management's responsibilities.

Professional competency:

Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations in the field of civil aviation.
Knowledge Of the strategy "Kazakhstan-2050": the new political course of the established state, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on accounting and financial reporting", "on public procurement", "on pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Tax Code, legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations in the budget sphere.
Other required knowledge required to perform functional duties for positions in this category.
Ability to work on a computer with the standard MS Office software package.
Expert of the office of summer validity, category C-5, (1 unit) (temporarily for the period of leave to care for the child of the main employee until 17.04.2022).
Functional responsibilities: Control over the maintenance of the state register of civil aircraft; review of materials of administrative proceedings on violations of legislation in the field of air space use based on the results of state control; organization of work on further improvement and development of draft regulatory legal acts on regulation of civil aviation industries; review of materials of administrative proceedings on violations of legislation in the field of air space use based on the results of state control; interaction with civil aviation organizations and entities; interaction with ICAO, IAC, EASA and other international organizations.
Requirements to applicants: Higher education or post-graduate: engineering science and technology (aviation technology, flight operation of aircraft, maintenance of aircraft, space technology, aircraft and propulsion, aircraft instruments and measuring-computing complexes, transport and construction) (civil aviation) or law (jurisprudence, international law).

To ensure transparency and objectivity of the work of the competition Commission, observers are invited to its meeting.
Deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and maslikhats of all levels, representatives of mass media accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other state bodies, public associations (non - governmental organizations), commercial organizations and political parties, employees of the authorized body for public service Affairs (hereinafter-the authorized body) may attend the meeting of the competition Commission as observers.
To attend a meeting of the competition Commission as an observer, a person is registered with the personnel management service (HR service) no later than one business day before the interview begins.
For registration, a person provides the personnel management service (HR service) with a copy of the identity document, originals or copies of documents confirming membership in the organizations specified in paragraph 26 of The rules for holding a competition for holding an administrative public position of corps B.
When conducting a competition for positions with a narrow specialization, experts are invited to a meeting of the competition Commission.A narrow specialization is one that has less than 5 % of the employees of a public authority.
Experts are persons who are not employees of the state body that announced the competition, who have experience in areas that correspond to the functional areas of the vacant position, including in the scientific field, as well as specialists in the selection and promotion of personnel, civil servants of other state bodies, deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and maslikhats.
Contest participants and candidates can appeal the decision of the competition Commission to the authorized body or its territorial division, or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Candidates who participate in an internal competition and are admitted to an interview pass it in the state bodies that announced the competition, within three working days from the date of notification of candidates about their admission to the interview.
According to paragraph 53 Of the rules for holding a competition for an administrative public position in building "B" (Agency order No. 40 of February 21, 2017), during the interview, the candidate can also use technical recording tools, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the competition Commission.
According to paragraph 91 of the Rules, candidates applying for senior positions write one essay on one of the topics determined by the competition Commission. The essay is evaluated by the Commission. The essay writing time should not exceed 45 minutes.
Documents required for participation in the competition:
1) application form according to Annex 2 to the Rules;
2)service list of the candidate for the administrative state position of the building "B" with a color photo of the size of 3x4 in the form, according to Appendix 3 to the Rules;
3) notarized copies of education documents and their appendices;
Copies of education documents received by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational institutions shall be accompanied by copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of these education documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education, with the exception of education documents issued abroad by higher education institutions, research centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan-holders of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak "scholarship " Bolashak", as well as subject to an international agreement (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence.
Copies of educational documents issued to holders of the international Bolashak scholarship are accompanied by a copy of the certificate of completion of training on the international Bolashak scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued by the shareholder of the Center for international programs company.
