Serik Shapkenov got acquainted with progress of construction of social facilities in the Isatay district

Akim of the Atyrau region Serik Shapkenov visited the Isatay district on a working visit, during which he got acquainted with the progress of construction of social facilities, the Press Service of the Akim of the region reports.

At the beginning of the visit, the head of the region visited an art school for 250 students in the village of Akkystau. The construction of the facility, which began in 2022, is 90% complete. Its commissioning is expected at the end of the year. The akim of the region instructed the head of the responsible department to carry out construction in accordance with the production schedule, and to complete the work efficiently within the established time frame.

Then Serik Shapkenov got acquainted with the construction of a paramedic-outpatient station in the village of Orken. Today, the facility is ready for commissioning, the necessary equipment has been purchased, and furniture is expected to be delivered.

Today, 921 people are waiting in line to receive housing in the Isatay district. In order to reduce the queue, three three-story buildings with 60 apartments are being built. During the visit, the head of the region visited the buildings under construction, the construction of which began in May 2019. One of the three residential buildings is at the completion stage, but the engineering infrastructure has not yet been connected to it. The roof of the second building is blocked, the construction of the third was suspended after the third floor was built.

It should be noted that there are problems in the foundation of all three residential buildings, which can lead to the destruction of the buildings. The regional construction department, together with specialists from the Research Institute, has developed a new technological solution for preserving the building, and also made changes to the original project.

Thus, the construction of the buildings is planned to resume next year.

NCOC NV is building another residential building with 60 apartments. Despite the fact that the building is completed, it has not been commissioned - the engineering infrastructure has not been installed, and the improvement work has not been completed. Having familiarized himself with the quality of construction, Serik Shapkenov instructed the district akim to speed up the completion of landscaping work and the connection of utility infrastructure, as well as to terminate the contract with the contractor who did not complete the construction of the facilities on time and to send the case to court.
