Structured interview stage has been completed as part of selection for "Regional Personnel Reserve"

The "Structured Interview" stage has been completed as part of the selection for the "Regional Personnel Reserve".

The purpose of the above-mentioned reserve is to form a regional pool of leaders with innovative thinking and young managers, to attract talented youth to the development of regions.

The event, held jointly with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Atyrau Region, was attended by the Akim of the region, Chairman of the Commission Serik Shapkenov, who wished success to all participants.

The candidates who took part in the interview defended projects in the selected industry area, in particular: economics and finance, industry and industry, agro-industrial complex and land relations, digitalization, housing and communal services and infrastructure, social sphere, and also answered questions from the commission members.

It should be noted that a total of 497 people applied to participate in the selection, which started on March 1 of this year. At the stage of "Competency Assessment", 38 candidates received a positive assessment from the assessment center and were then sent to the stage of "Structured Interview".
