Three more kindergartens were opened in Atyrau city

These are “Akzhelken” in the Akzhar-2 microdistrict, “Bolashak” on A. Baitursynov Street and “Baiterek” on Belinskiy Street. Each of them can accommodate 290 children. Today, Akim of the region Serik Shapkenov participated in the opening ceremony of the Akzhelken kindergarten. He emphasized that projects aimed at providing quality education and upbringing within the framework of national values will be implemented in the future.

“The opening of a new kindergarten is an important and joyful event. In pursuance of the instructions of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the number of kindergartens and schools is increasing, and the necessary conditions are being created for children to receive quality education and upbringing. I am glad that more and more such facilities are opening in our region. In the next five years, it is planned to build a preschool for almost 8,000 children aged 2-6 years. I wish the students studying here to become the pride of our country!” S. Shapkenov said.

Each of the new kindergartens employs 26 employees, children are divided into 12 groups, including juniors and seniors.

Kindergartens are equipped with a dining room, bedroom, playroom, teacher's room, speech therapy and psychological rooms, and a gym with modern equipment. Meals in the canteen are stored in separate refrigerators that meet sanitary requirements, and the doctor's office has everything necessary for first aid.

Admission of pupils has been carried out through the indigo24.kz information system since December.

As part of the public-private partnership project, three kindergartens with 870 places have currently been opened, and three more are planned to be opened by the end of the year, which will cover 890 children and reduce the need for kindergartens by 15.2%.
