In Zhylyoy district, 300 families are moving to new houses

The head of the region, Serik Shapkenov, as part of his working trip to the Zhylyoy district, met with new residents who received apartments in new houses built as part of the Nurly Zher state program in the city of Kulsary (district center).

Serik Shapkenov visited the new residential area of the regional center and got acquainted with the quality of these houses. The infrastructure is completely ready – these are playgrounds, pedestrian paths, asphalt roads in the courtyards and parking for vehicles.

“Due to the fact that there were many questions about the quality and timing of construction of this residential complex, I decided to personally familiarize myself with the situation. During one of the working trips to the Zhylyoy district, residents expressed their indignation regarding the long-term construction, after which a number of measures were taken to complete the construction as quickly as possible. And today we witnessed the long-awaited housewarming. May your home be full of warmth and comfort, may it become a source of well-being and prosperity. I sincerely congratulate you all!” Serik Shapkenov said.

During a visit to the residential area, S. Shapkenov instructed the Akim of the district, Zhumabek Karazhanov, to create a cooperative for apartment owners and provide all necessary legal assistance to residents, and also increase the number of CCTV cameras.

New residential buildings are located in the Atyrau microdistrict of the city of Kulsary. Large families (on the waiting list) and citizens from socially vulnerable segments of the population received apartments here. Among them is the mother of many children, Kuralay Korazova. Having received the keys to a new three-room apartment, she said that she had been waiting for her turn for five years.

“I have never lived in such a large, bright three-room apartment. For almost ten years we rented a house as a family. I stood in line for five years, and now I’m in my apartment. All necessary conditions have been created here. Many thanks to those who made this possible, we are grateful to the local executive bodies for the assistance provided,” Kuralay Korazova shared her joy.

It should be noted that the total area of the entire residential complex is about 6.5 thousand square meters. Each house has five entrances and 100 apartments - one-room (25 apartments), two-room (50 apartments) and three-room (25 apartments).

Two- and three-room apartments were provided to 225 large families, one-room apartments to 15 orphans without parental care. Also, disabled people of groups I and II (13 apartments), families raising disabled children (13 apartments), pensioners (13 apartments), citizens with chronic diseases (13 apartments), single-parent families (13 apartments), one a veteran of the Great Patriotic War and two veterans of combat operations in hot spots.
