In accordance with articles 27, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2011 "On Legal Acts", in order to assign additional functions, the Office of the Akim of Atyrau region developed a project Decree of the Akimat of Atyrau region “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau Region dated July 4, 2016 No. 129 “On Approval of the Regulations on the State Institution “Office of the Akim of the Atyrau Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts.
