In the Atyrau region, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", in the current academic year, classes in secondary education organizations will be held until May 31. Oryntay Bimanova, Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the region, told about this at a briefing, the Regional Communications Service reports.

141,228 students will complete the 2022-2023 academic year in 211 educational facilities of the Atyrau region. Of these, 11,789 students will finish nine classes, 5,683 schoolchildren will finish 11 classes. The number of applicants for the sign "Altyn Belgi" - 167, the certificate of a special sample - 247.

“According to the order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 88 dated April 10, 2023 "On approval of the deadlines for completing the 2022-2023 academic year and conducting the final certification of students in secondary education organizations," the final final exams of grades 9 (10) will be held from June 2 to June 13, 2023, and the state final exams of 11 (12) classes - from June 5 to June 19, 2023,” O. Bimanova informed.

Also, the Deputy Head of the Department of Education spoke about how the children's vacation will be organized in the summer.

“An order of the Akim of the region was issued on the organization of summer holidays, health improvement and employment of children during the summer holidays from June 5 to August 31, according to which the necessary measures are currently being carried out. This year, 78,198 students in grades 1-10 aged 7-14 will be covered by summer holidays. Including 8,466 children will have a rest in 149 school camps with food and sanatorium type, 65,644 children will spend the summer in camps without food. 19 groups "Zhas Shabak Kutkarushylar" will work in seven districts. High school students will be covered by work practice. Schoolchildren will be involved in landscaping of the school territory and sanitation in the construction and installation teams,” the representative of the regional department of public education said.

In addition, within the framework of the social project "Zhazdyk Sauyktyru Zholdamasy", 1,000 schoolchildren will have a rest in the "Ainaline Camp" of the Sh. Yessenov Caspian State University. Another 1,277 children will spend the summer in country camps at the expense of the universal education fund, and various excursions will be organized for them.
