This year, under Atyrau Zhastary program, 100 young people will purchase apartments they like

860 applications were received to participate in the Atyrau Zhastary housing program, launched in the region for the first time, but only 100 of them will be able to receive long-awaited apartments. This was announced at a press briefing by the head of the housing sector of the Atyrau City Department of Housing and Communal Services, Transport and Highways Rafkhat Zholdiyev, the Regional Communications Service reports.

Reception of documents under the housing program "Atyrau Zhastary" in Atyrau region was carried out from February 1 to February 20, more than 860 Atyrau residents submitted applications, 830 of them were approved. The list will be sent to Otbasy Bank JSC for processing loans.

“Of those who applied for participation in this program, 55 young people will receive housing in the city of Atyrau, 45 in the regions. To date, a list is being formed in the city department of housing and communal services, transport and roads, which will be sent to the bank in early April, then work will begin on obtaining loans, finding housing. The program is designed for two or three months,” R. Zholdiyev said.

He also noted that due to the fact that a large number of Atyrau residents applied for participation in the program, additional funds will be requested from the akimat in the second half of this year, and the acceptance of documents for participation in the housing program will be held again.

Recall that specialists from the region aged 18 to 35 years old took part in the Atyrau Zhastary program. Young people will be provided with housing at a loan rate of 5% for 19 years. Initial payment - 10%. The maximum amount for the city of Atyrau is 18 million tenge, for districts - 13 million tenge. The person applying for the program must not own real estate.
