Serik Shapkenov congratulated public figure Sarsenbay Yensegenov on his 60th birthday

Today, the Akim of the region Serik Shapkenov received a public figure, holder of the Kurmet order, deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of two convocations, a well-known lawyer Sarsenbay Yensegenov and congratulated him on his 60th birthday, the Press Service of the Akim of the region reports.

The head of the region presented Sarsenbay Yensegenov with a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev for his significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Atyrau region.

“Your colleagues know you as a well-known statesman and public figure with vast experience in political and administrative activities. You have worked in the Atyrau region for many years. Thanks to your vast experience and knowledge, you have always shown your organizational skills. As a member of the Senate, you have made a great contribution to improving domestic legislation, strengthening partnerships and inter-parliamentary cooperation abroad to improve the status of Kazakhstan. I wish you in the future, being at the center of social and political life, to show honor and dignity for the benefit of our people,” the congratulatory letter says.

Sarsenbay Yensegenov thanked the Akim of the region.

“Many important events happen in a person’s life. One of them is just the 60th anniversary. In Zhuban Moldagaliyev's poem "I am a Kazakh" there are lines:

“I thirst, I believe that the day will come, and they will say: “It is glorious to be a Kazakh!”

Various historical and political events took place in the country. Let our Motherland not know what troubles and losses are. Sarsenbay Yensegenov began his career in 1988 as secretary of the Komsomol committee of a secondary vocational school in the village of Ganyushkino, Tengiz district, Guryev region.

In 1989 he was the head of the department of Komsomol organizations of the maritime auction Komsomol of Kazakhstan, in 1990 he was appointed to the post of first secretary.
