Maxim Izbasov: "I voted for a bright future for Kazakhstan"

The Chairman of the regional public council, the public association "Veterans of the oil and gas complex" in the Atyrau region, oilman, social activist Maxim Izbasov visited polling station No. 8 and made his choice, the Regional Communications Service reports.

“Today is a very important day for our country. We elect deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and maslikhats. I must say that these elections are different from others, there is an innovative approach. For example, the participation of candidates even in a single-mandate constituency. Voters vote this year very actively. As you have noticed, all the candidates were campaigning, traveled around the regions, were closer to the people, listened to their questions and proposals. I believe that the implementation of election programs is the main step towards the development of Kazakhstan,” M. Izbasov said.

M. Izbasov also noted that after the elections the country will gain great hopes for positive changes related to its development.

Note that voting takes place from 07:00 to 20:00 local time.
