In general, 6,159 people in the district are on the waiting list for a land plot provided for individual housing construction. In the village of Inderbor in the direction of the village of Akkala, a land plot of 202 hectares is being prepared. In this regard, it is planned to complete the construction of the water pipeline this year, the construction of the gas pipeline is planned to be completed in 2023.

“In rural districts - on 70 land plots in the village of Koktogay, 270 - in the village of Yesbol, 80 - in the village of Yeltay, 50 - in the village of Akkala, 167 - in the village of Bodene, 73 - in the village of Zharsuat, 72 - in the village of Orlik in the past water and gas networks were laid for a total of 580 million 167 thousand tenge, this year power lines are being built for a total of 940 million 385 thousand tenge.
