Construction of intra-settlement road in Nurzhau village, Kurmangazy district be completed before end of year

Work on the construction of intra-settlement roads in Nurzhau, carried out within the framework of the Auyl - Yel Besigi program, will be completed this year, the Press Service of the Akimat of Kurmangazy district reports.

The reconstruction of access and intra-settlement roads and sidewalks in the village of Nurzhau was started in 2020. Construction work is being carried out by the contracting organization Atyrau Zholdary LLP.

“We planned to carry out construction work on eight streets of the Nurzhau rural district, namely, to lay asphalt on 10 km and 3.3 km of footpaths. Of these, seven kilometers of roads have been asphalted, the construction of footpaths has been fully completed. At present, the laying of the main roadbed on 9 km of the road has been completed, construction work is underway on a section of one km. During the road construction work, there was a shortage of inert materials, and there were also problems in rail transportation. Nevertheless, we plan to complete the construction work by the end of the year,” Nauryzbek Sabirov, Head of the site, said.

It should be noted that 16 workers and 13 units of equipment are involved in the construction work.
