Republican command and staff exercises "Kys-2022" started in Atyrau

In Atyrau, in the parking lot near the Saltanat Saray building, the readiness for winter of emergency workers was checked, the Regional Communications Service of Atyrau Region reports.

Deputy Akim of the Kairat Nurtayev and industry experts took part in familiarization with the training work.

The purpose of the training is to prevent emergencies in the winter. As well as checking the readiness of the authorities and the forces of the civil protection system. During the event, equipment was fully inspected, including fire engines and ambulances. The Deputy Akim of the region personally got acquainted with the work of each service, checked the preparation.

"Employees of the Department of Emergency Situations throughout the country are checking the readiness of the Republican command and staff exercise "Kys-2022". The main training practice will be held in the Zhyloy district for two days. In winter, we must be comprehensively prepared,” K. Nurtayev said.

It should be noted that 705 employees of the Department for Emergency Situations work in the region, 415 of them are combat crew.
