Grand opening of Center for the Development of Special Children “Zeiin Atyrau” took place

This center is engaged in the comprehensive development of children with mental and speech disorders, autism, cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. An integrated approach is used for children - ABA therapy, neurogymnastics, sensory integration, adapted sports methods. You can also get advice from a speech therapist, psychologist. Specialists teach children to speak, write, behave in society.

More than 100 children undergo rehabilitation here every month. Within three years, about 30 special children, pupils of the center, got the opportunity to attend kindergarten together with their peers, and 15 children went to school.

The opening event of the Center was attended by Deputy Akim of Atyrau Region Zhasulan Bissembiyev and General Director of the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Social Projects Development Fund Alfiya Adiyeva.

If rehabilitation work with special children is started as early as possible, the results will be correspondingly much better. Let there be more such centers, and our children will be healthy. In the center, Samuryk-Kazyna JSC introduced the modern Tomatis-therapy technique, there is a sensory area for classes with children, and a children's pool has been installed. The cost of the project is 27 million tenge.

It should be noted that this year, with the support of the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Foundation, 120 free courses for 50 children with special educational needs were organized at the Zeiin Atyrau Center for the Development of Special Children.
