Meeting of Steering Committee for implementation of project management was held in Atyrau region

Today, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Akim of the region Kairat Nurtayev, a meeting of the Steering Committee on the implementation of project management in the region was held. It was attended by akims of cities, districts and heads of departments, the Regional Communications Service of the Atyrau region reports.

A report on the implementation of project management in the region was made by the Head of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of the Project Management of the Office of the Akim of the region Almas Kopzhanov. He reported on the results of monitoring the implementation of regional projects in the information system "Easy Project" www.kz2050.kz.

“In the information system of the roadmap for the implementation of the election program of the AMANAT party, 167 target indicators are provided for 99 points. Currently only 66 items are included in the system. In order to determine the quality of work of regional departments in the implementation of project management, a special rating has been developed. The top five included the Office of the akim of the region, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management, the Department of Culture, the Development of Languages ​​and Archives, the Department of Economics and Budget Planning and the Department of Healthcare,” A. Kopzhanov said.
