Regional August meeting of educators held in Atyrau

According to the Acting Head of the Regional Department of Education Ainagul Duisekenova, 138,000 children will go to school in the new academic year.

“At present, 200 general education schools and 10 private schools function in the system of general secondary education, where 137,747 children study. 5,999 students completed the 2021-2022 academic year. 3,613 graduates took part in the Unified National Testing, of which 1,517 became owners of state grants, 107 - administrative,” A. Duisekenova said.

Within the framework of the program "Roadmap for the Development of Education in Atyrau Region for 2021-2023", comprehensive work is being carried out in the region to support the autonomous educational organizations "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools". Chairman of the Board of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" Kulyash Shamshidinova noted that a Secondary School named after Kadyr Myrza-Ali in the village of Safon, Kurmangazy district.

“One of the ways to achieve a high level of results in the education system is to improve the knowledge of each student. At the collegium, the akim of the region awarded honored teachers with badges “Bilim Beru Isinin Kurmetti Kyzmetkeri” ("Honored Worker of Education"), named after “Y. Altynsarin" and "Yenbek Ardageri" ("Veteran of Labor").
