Subject: In accordance with Article 20 and paragraph 1 of Article 79-4 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2015, and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 795 dated November 9, 2021, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Akimat of Atyrau Region accepts documents for the implementation of social entrepreneurship development initiatives on the territory of the region in accordance with the approved resolution "On the definition of subjects of social entrepreneurship".

The register of social entrepreneurship entities within the framework of Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 2021 No. 773 includes individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (with the exception of large business entities) operating in the field of social entrepreneurship. According to the Rules, the register will be maintained for four categories of social entrepreneurship entities:

First category: application 1, Second category: application 2, Third category: application 3, Fourth category: application 4.

Place of application: Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Akimat of Atyrau Region. Atyrau city, Aiteke bi street, No. 77, 3rd floor, room 321;

Deadline for submission of documentation: from June 1, 2022, to June 15, 2022, on weekdays from 9.00 to 17.30 (local time). Applications received after the specified period will not be accepted.

Start date and time for submission of applications: June 1, 2022, from 9.00 (local time).

Closing date and time for applications: June 15, 2022, until 17.30 (local time).
