Akim of the region Serik Shapkenov criticized the work of contractors

The head of the region visited a number of unfinished construction sites in the Isatay district, the Press Service of the Akim of Atyrau region reports.

First of all, Serik Shapkenov got acquainted with the construction of three 60-apartment residential buildings in the village of Akkystau, where work is currently being carried out at a slow pace. Akim of the region instructed to deal with delaying issues and complete the construction of facilities on time.

"This residential complex should be put into operation this year. So many people sit and wait for their apartments. In this regard, strict instructions were given to the establishment of Dan Stroy Baza LTD LLP. If the contractor does not complete the fulfillment of its obligations on time, this organization will be held legally liable," Serik Shapkenov said.

Akim of the region got acquainted with the progress of construction of another object, which is being implemented by the Dan Stroy Baza LTD company. This is a professional lyceum for 320 students. The facility should be put into operation on September 1, 2022. To date, construction work has been fully completed, 70% of the equipment has arrived. The remaining 30% is planned to be delivered in June.
