"Your work is clearly manifested in the historical successes of thirty years. Especially, your contribution to strengthening family values during this period is invaluable. Important documents have been adopted in order to improve family policy and state support for mothers and children, and a whole system has been created in this direction. Family Day is celebrated in Kazakhstan, a national model of social support for families with children has been formed. Along with this, the national competition "Mereili Otbasy" (Nice Family) is held annually, and many specific events are being implemented. Such beneficial measures have a positive effect on strengthening the foundations of each family. All this, ultimately, determines the future of the country," the head of the region said, voicing some indicators of the region.

For example, in the region there are more than 10 thousand Mothers - heroines. This year, 222 families have been provided with housing from the housing stock of local executive bodies. Along with this, about 400 families found housing within the framework of the Bakytty Otbasy program. "Women entrepreneurs are also contributing to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the region. The number of women-led small and medium-sized businesses increased by 8% compared to last year, exceeding 26,000. This is about 45% of all registered small and medium-sized businesses," M. And in that period, women worked on an equal footing with men, proving their important role in society. These difficulties are now behind us. All this is, in the end, the achievement of independence. I want to emphasize that both Elbasy and the Head of State have always provided and continue to provide support to women. It certainly inspires us," she said.
