The head of the region held an online reception of citizens

The head of the region, Makhambet Dosmukhambetov, held an online reception of residents of the region on personal matters, the Communications Service of Atyrau region reports.

At the next reception, residents of the city and districts turned to the head of the region with exciting issues, in particular, the provision of housing, the allocation of land for construction, healthcare and employment.

Having listened to the statements and requests, Makhambet Dosmukhambetov personally delved into the essence of the issues, concretized them. Then the head of the region instructed akims of the city and districts, heads of departments and relevant industries to quickly resolve issues within the framework of the law.

“Every appeal of residents is important. We must always remember that behind those who ask for help there are specific families, life issues and people's everyday life. Therefore, the heads of the relevant industries should delve into the situation, enter into the position of each resident of the region who applied,” M. Dosmukhambetov said, instructing the responsible persons to keep the regulation of citizens' appeals under strict control.
