New akim of Kurmangazy district appointed

Today akim of Atyrau region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov introduced the new head of the district to the local asset. By agreement with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the regional maslikhat, Marat Bisengaliyevich Murziyev was appointed akim of the Kurmangazy district.

Noting the high management skills, rich experience of Marat Murziyev, the head of the region entrusted the new akim with a number of tasks to develop the economy and infrastructure of the district, improve the well-being of residents and wished him success in his work.

For two years, the head of the district, Kairat Nurtayev, was dismissed from the post of akim of the Kurmangazy district in connection with the transfer to another job.

Akim of the region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov noted that during this period a lot of work had been done in the region and thanked K. Nurtayev.

Marat Bisengaliyevich Murziyev was born in 1981 in the city of Aktobe. Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. He began his career in 2003 as an assistant to the environmental prosecutor of the city of Atyrau.

In 2006-2008, he held managerial positions in various private enterprises. In 2009-2010 - advisor to the akim of the Shyngyrlau region of the West Kazakhstan region, in 2010-2011 - head of the department of the Department of Education.

In 2011-2012, he worked as the head of the State Legal Department of the Akim's Office of the Atyrau Region, in 2012-2013, as the Deputy Head of the Akim's Office of the Atyrau Region. In 2013-2017, he headed the Audit Commission of the Atyrau region. From March 2017 to the present, he worked as akim of the Isatay district.
