Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency Alik Shpekbayev arrived on a working visit to Atyrau

Akim of Atyrau region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov and Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency Alik Shpekbayev visited and got acquainted with the activities of city state institutions, held meetings with the business community and the public, the Communications Service of the Atyrau region reports.

First of all, they visited the new administrative building of the branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", where they got acquainted with the working conditions of the institution.

The new building, which opened at the beginning of the year, for the convenience of obtaining public services, unites centers for citizenship services, social payments, land cadastre and real estate registration.

Alik Shpekbayev, during his visit to the state institution, listened to the opinions of the residents of the region.

"It is noticeable that the paperwork is stopped, as much as possible all the necessary documents have been transferred to electronic form, which, of course, will have a positive effect on the timing of obtaining the necessary documents. We are grateful to the head of state for creating comfortable conditions for citizens," a resident of the city of Shortanbay Kzylov, who came to register his property, said.

The next object of the visit was the front office of the "Open Akimat" in the regional center, which were opened with the participation of the Agency. All government services are concentrated here. Front office activities contribute to the prevention of corruption by increasing the digital literacy of the population.

Akim of the city of Atyrau Kairat Orazbayev, during familiarization with the work of the "Open Akimat", spoke about the goals of the project.

"Thanks to the "Open Akimat" service, it is possible to quickly and efficiently fulfill all constructive wishes and requests of citizens, realizing the concept of a "hearing state". It also helps to establish contacts between government agencies and the public," Kairat Orazbayev said.

"Open Akimat" is located on the first floor of the city akimat. In addition to the front office specialists, 5 more specialists from city departments work here. They provide assistance to the population in matters of land relations, social protection, housing and communal services.

Further, the delegation from the capital went to the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, where the rector of the higher educational institution, Salamat Idrisov, spoke about the life of students studying in various specialties, about the qualifications of teachers.

It was also announced that the educational and technical base of the university is gradually being transferred to an electronic format.

Then the chairman of the agency visited the Teplyi Dom-Atyrau LLP plant, which produces innovative building materials.

The results of the working visit of the Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan were summed up at a meeting chaired by the head of the region, Makhambet Dosmukhambetov.

At the meeting, the ethics commissioner of the regional Akim's Office, the head of the special monitoring group of the Atyrau region for external analysis and assessment of the implementation of the anti-corruption strategy, as well as the head of the project office "Atyrau - Adaldyk Alany" spoke about the work done.

"The well-being of people is behind your honest attitude to work. Indeed, a large amount of work has been done at the facilities that we visited during our working visit to the region, as well as in the city and districts. This is an achievement! Success is possible only where there is unity. And our goal is not to criticize, but to give a positive assessment of such positive work," Alik Shpekbayev concluded.
