A training seminar was held on the organization of elections for deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for August 23, 2026

On July 7 this year, the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission held a training seminar for members of the Atyrau City and district territorial election commissions working on a permanent professional basis. The seminar focused on the organization of elections for deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for August 23, 2026.

During the seminar, participants discussed the Calendar Plan for the preparation and conduct of elections of deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, recent changes to electoral legislation, and issues related to the effective use of artificial intelligence. To enhance participants’ practical skills, they also worked through case studies and relevant documents.

Following the seminar, a test was conducted to assess the knowledge of the commission members.
