The right to pension savings at the expense of mandatory professional pension contributions (MPPC) have those citizens who work in professions, the list of which is approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the List of industries, jobs, professions of workers, in favor of which contributors of mandatory professional pension contributions at the expense of own funds are made mandatory professional pension contributions" dated December 31, 2013 No. 1562.

The list of professions can be viewed at the link http://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/P1300001562

According to this list, your employer is obliged to transfer MPPC for you, provided that you are at least 80% of your working time engaged in the technological process of these industries:

- equipment operator of all names;

- roller operator;

- spreader.

The employer is the contributor to the MPPC. It is he who makes, at his own expense, mandatory professional pension contributions in favor of the employee.

Mandatory professional pension contributions are set at 5 percent of the employee's monthly income accepted for calculating pension contributions in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
