I work under an employment contract in two organizations as a security guard. Are both companies obliged to transfer mandatory pension contributions to my UAPF account?

In accordance with Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (the Law), mandatory pension contributions (MPC) in the UAPF are payable by employers who are agents at the rates determined by the Law. Accordingly, two organizations that have entered into employment contracts with an individual are required to transfer MPC to the UAPF, in favor of the employee.
