The Zhurek Zhyluy competition, aimed at supporting citizens with disabilities and developing their creative potential, was held in Atyrau for the first time.

Following the competition, the best participants were awarded by Akim of Atyrau region Serik Shapkenov, who expressed warm words of gratitude.
