In Atyrau, all public services can be received in one place

The Atyrau Public Service Center moved to a new building. Now the population has the opportunity to receive the public services they need in one place, the Communication Service of the Atyrau region reports.
The initiative of the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the need to receive public services on the principle of "one window" was implemented in the region with the support of the regional akimat. The main goal is to create comfortable conditions for the population. In this regard, the head of the region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov visited a new 6-storey building and got acquainted with the quality of service to the population.
"The new center is equipped with modern equipment. The digital services center is located on the ground floor of the building. Here 30 people can simultaneously receive services in the self-service sector. On the second floor there is a visitor service hall. There is also an opportunity to serve up to 30 service recipients at the same time. The capacity of the hall is 100 people. Social service institutions operate on the third floor. The Department of Land Cadastre and Technical Inspection of Real Estate is on the fourth floor," Musa Khairuliyev, Director of the Atyrau regional branch of the NCJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" said.
In addition, in the center, for the convenience of the population, consultants of the sector for documenting and registering the population, issuing ready-made documents, as well as mini-rooms for children work. The new building has all the conditions for the independent use of electronic services, without waiting for operators.
"Today, residents have the opportunity to receive the public services they need in one place. And there is no need to visit several institutions because of one certificate," M. Khairuliyev said.
The head of the region Makhambet Dosmukhambetov talked with the residents who came to receive public services and with the staff of the PSC. In the course of communication, residents noted that all conditions for receiving public services have been created in the new building, but getting to the new address of the PSC is problematic. The number of passenger transport in this direction is small. Akim of the region instructed the relevant services to resolve this issue in the near future and take measures to increase the number of buses for the convenience of the population.
Note that the new building of the PSC is located at Nursaya microdistrict, Abulkhair Khan St. 66.
