To date, in order to prevent this fact, patrol police posts have been brought closer to the suburban cemeteries, and preventive work is being carried out. For 9 months of 2020, no facts of destruction of cemeteries were registered. |

In total, 730 administrative cases were initiated against carriers on the republican highway "Atyrau-Uralsk". They were fined in the amount of 16,546,915 tenge, and 3,948,367 tolls were collected. Also, the correspondent of the newspaper "Ak Zhaiyk" and the TV channel "Kazakhstan-Atyrau" organized raid events for conducting tele-patrols, photo and video recording. In order to create a favorable environment for people with disabilities, all organizations that do not have ramps, including social facilities, are issued notifications of the need to establish ramps. In the third quarter of 2020, 15 buildings were checked for compliance with the ramp standards. In addition, the commission created by the city akimat includes representatives of non-governmental organizations, organizations and institutions of architecture and urban planning, coordination of employment and social programs, healthcare, education, culture, tourism and others. In order to establish the compliance of ramps with standards and parameters, working groups have been created to directly check and measure objects, and its members have been identified. In case of non-compliance of the ramps with the standard, based on the results of the inspection, they are sent to the authorized state employment bodies for taking measures. |

The state of the transboundary Ural river is under constant control of the regional akimat and a number of measures are being taken to use and protect it. In order to reduce the load on it by reducing the volume of water intake from the Ural River, the issue of using the Kokzhide underground water reserves for the benefit of the population of the Atyrau region, one of the large deposits of the Western region, located in the southwestern part of the Aktobe region, is being considered. At present, funds from the republican budget have been allocated to the Akimat of the Aktobe region to reassess the fresh groundwater reserves of "Kokzhide". In order to ensure the reproduction of its fauna and fish stocks, a large-scale work is being carried out with the regional construction department - the project "Increasing the water content and improving the hydrological regime of the Ural River". In addition, the branch of the Republican State Enterprise "Kazhydromet" in the Atyrau region, in order to study the hydrological and hydrochemical regime of the Ural River, monitors the water level and water flow at 5 hydrological posts. The Akimat of Atyrau region sent a proposal to the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the need to pay attention to joint study, to accelerate the development of a set of measures to further improve the hydrological regime of the Ural River.
