In order to implement the concept of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Listening state" in the Atyrau region, certain work was done to consider applications from individuals and legal entities, to conduct a personal reception of citizens.
For 9 months of 2020, 2,565 appeals from individuals and legal entities were registered in the regional akim’s office, which increased by 13.6% compared to the same period last year (2,256 in 2019), including:
from individuals - 1,096 (in 2019 - 1909);
from legal entities - 1,336 (in 2019 - 200);
collective appeal - 132 (in 2019 - 146);
ANM - 1 (in 2019 - 1).
Of the total number of applications received, the regional akim's office considered 501, on which appropriate explanations were given in accordance with the law. 2,038 appeals were sent for consideration to the authorized state bodies, 26 applicants received a positive decision (issues of housing assistance, social assistance, employment, and others).
In addition, 109 applications were sent from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for consideration within the competence to the akimat of the region, from the Office of the Prime Minister - 19. They were answered in accordance with the current legislation.
At the same time, more than 1,000 citizens who applied to the front office of the administration of the regional akim were given consultations and explanations within the framework of the legislation, and relevant work is being carried out with state bodies.
To date, the call centers of the "109" services have received 304,446, "112" - 353,121 calls on major issues from residents of the region, and appropriate measures have been taken on them.
In order to quickly consider the issues of the population and provide answers in an online format, there is a telegram-chat channel "Akimat of Atyrau region". In response to questions received from the population, employees of the relevant institutions are consulted.
For 9 months of 2020, the leadership of the regional akimat personally received 155 citizens. Including akim of the region held 9 receptions, where 114 people were received.
In the future, planned work will be continued to analyze the accounting, registration and status of consideration of issues of citizens' appeals in local executive bodies.
